Extra amenities and great location make Sea Mist an ideal choice and a good trade. Spacious unit on pleasant park-like property. Near Falmouth, ferries, beach, golf and shopping. One of the nicest timeshares we’ve stayed in recently.
Amazing! The staff were so nice! They directed us to our rooms and told us where all the good food places were!
When we got to the room, it looked more like an apartment than a room! It had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and everything!
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Mist! It’s perfect for families. Our little ones loved the on-site mini golf. The resort has great proximinity to shopping and beaches and we spent some time at South Cape Beach which is a phenomenal beach. The staff was very helpful throughout our visit but completely unobtrusive. We also appreciated how quiet the resort was overall in spite of being relatively full. We will definitely be back!

An excellent location for a Cape Cod vacation. Resort clean, well kept and excellent staff. I did not use the pool or hot tub, but looked like many did. They definitely have kept the furniture updated and refreshed.

This was a beautiful place to stay. I was only here for two nights, but it was such a pleasure to be here. The rooms are very clean and inviting. The housekeeping was neat and clean and made for a welcoming entrance. I was on the river side of the resort. Got to go out for a walk and see the river and it was very peaceful. There is an adjacent Marina and it was a very enjoyable place to go for a walk. We were able to easily go to various places on the cape, the beach, shopping, and other places of interest. I recommend Riverview resort as a place to stay while visiting Cape Cod.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything is kept so clean (the pool, grounds, common areas and rooms). The gym is great with really nice equipment and very large tv. The bed in our room was really comfortable and the room size was huge! Full size refrigerator, living room with pull out couch, 2 tv’s, 2 bathrooms. The staff was super friendly also and I love they the lock the doors to the hallway at night for added security. We loved everything about this place and it will definitely be our first choice for future trips to the Cape.

Price to value unbeatable! Amazing location – the strip and awesome beach within minutes, yet far enough that it was still quiet. Staff was friendly, awesome indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub that was actually hot with strong jets!

I had an amazing experience at the Holly Tree Resort. Chris was the gentleman who checked us in and out and he was amazing. The pools and rooms were very clean. For the price, this place is unbeatable and in a great location.

We stayed here for 3 nights during the hurricane storm, after it knocked our power out and a tree fell on the roof. We had limited places to choose from because electricity was out at most hotels but we were lucky enough to stop here, when we saw they had electric.
They were nice enough to accommodate our family. The room was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. They had an old school arcade in the lower level, which the kids enjoyed very much and a very nice pool area. All in all, I would return if needed and would definitely recommend this place to others.
